A few months ago Volkswagen created a reveal campaign for one of the most anticipated car launches in recent automotive history: the all new, all-electric ID. BUZZ. The visual cues of the campaign were taken from the two tone color of the original VW bus. In order to fuel the excitement around the return of this icon, Volkswagen took this two tone color way into the real world, finding the color split in nature and showing off the original spirit of the driver of this iconic vehicle. To keep the momentum and excitement around the ID. BUZZ we continued to embrace the two tone approach by finding these colors in the real world. In our captured photography we highlighted humanity and the idea of the ‘original spirit’ that drives this vehicle. We aimed to capture our drivers and the ID. BUZZ in an effortless and carefree manner.
